Our commitment to personalized case management services means that each client’s unique needs are met with compassion and attention. We pride ourselves on building meaningful relationships that enhance the quality of life for our clients.
We offer services such as obtaining a new ID, applying for food stamps, applying for medicaid, applying for SSI/SSDI, obtaining a replacement social security card, etc. We also offer some transportation services on an as needed basis.
