Requirements

Ability to perform activities of daily living (ADL’s): walking/mobile, bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, etc.

Ability to manage instrumental activities of daily living such as: managing medications, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and using public transportation.

Must have verifiable income

Pricing

Thrive housing program is a based on income program.

There is a one time non refundable community fee of $300 for each participant.
*can be waived or prorated based on individual circumstances
